Odd Socks Day
Community-based mental health organisation Grow is hosting Odd Socks Day on 4 October. The organisation promotes a light-hearted approach to reminding people that anyone can have an odd day.
Stigma is undoubtedly still one of the biggest barriers to people seeking help and recovery from mental illness. How you treat someone with a mental illness really does make a difference to their lives and recovery.
If you would like to ‘make a difference’, join Grow’s campaign against mental health stigma and discrimination.
